Values Within is operated by Astra Nora LLC d/b/a Values Within. This page explains how to request deletion of your Values Within account data.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject line Delete my Values Within data.
For account security, send the request from the email address connected to your Values Within account. If you cannot access that email address, we may ask you to complete reasonable verification before processing the request.
What can be deleted
Where legally deletable and technically available, deletion can include:
- Your account profile and sign-in records.
- Your selected values and value preferences.
- Birth profile details used for the Awareness Map, including birth date, birth time when provided, birth place, and related profile fields.
- Journal entries, reflections, journey progress, Nora text chat history, feedback, and generated insight history connected to your account.
- Progress and personalization data connected to your Values Within practice.
What may be retained
Some information may need to be retained for a limited period or in limited form, including:
- Stripe billing, invoice, tax, accounting, refund, chargeback, and fraud-prevention records.
- Security, abuse-prevention, request ID, audit, and server logs.
- Records required to comply with law or protect legal rights.
- Backup copies that are overwritten on a normal backup schedule.
When information cannot be immediately deleted, we limit use to the reason it must be retained.
Timing
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable time and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required because of verification, security, legal, or technical reasons.
Subscription note
Deleting your data does not automatically resolve any open Stripe billing issue, refund request, invoice dispute, or chargeback. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through the app billing controls or ask us for help at [email protected].
